EM is a Swedish franchise chain of fifty stores throughout Sweden and Åland. EM was founded in 1964 and today the organization have about 650 employees and a turnover of 1,2 billion Swedish kronor.
Even though EM is one of the biggest furniture chains in Sweden the company has really listened to their customer’s requests and desires. As markets are more and more demanding EM wants to offer the best possible service to their customers.
The cooperation with EM started in 2011, when VividWorks introduced the solutions at the Stockholm fair to the managing director. He saw the future possibilities in giving people an option to live out their dreams with an online interior design solution.
EM wanted to take VividWorks solution into testing with few products and have been increasing the selection little by little since then.
The sales personnel in EM stores found out very quickly the benefits of having this tool. They realized how much faster customers made decisions by seeing the end result of furniture either all ready at home or at the store. VividWorks have been very happy to be a part of EM’s success by delivering them a VividPlatform visualizing tool and hope to continue and reinforce the cooperation also in future.
