Laulumaa’s business model relies on the idea of selling entities; you can decorate the whole room with products of the same line-up. To enhance the implementation of their strategy, Laulumaa chose to build a new sales environment that supports sales and helps the customer in decision-making.
VividPlatform brought in a solution called VirtuaaliKOTI, which includes important elements concerning customer’s buying process:
the product families, sample rooms and recently launched VividAR. Now Laulumaa has a suitable sales tool by which the customers and sales personnel can plan interior designs. It is easy to build and create your own combinations or select some of the existing combinations. VividAR will bring in a whole new dimension; you can add pictures of the room in question and then see how it looks with new furniture.
