The Group’s revenue amounts to about EUR 53 million, about half of which is accounted for by exports. The Group owns six production plants and employs about 500 people.

For example all the tile seams were measures to match exactly and the flue parts were calculated so hat the combination actually works like a fireplace should do. The graphical layout was also customizable to fit in Tulikivi’s brand. In addition of these features the crucial strategic aspect for Tulikivi was the fact that VividPlatform could be connected to Sales System and Production System to ensure support to the whole sales process.

Daily operations with this new sales tool by VividPlatform have been very useful in practice. Sales personnel have really felt their tasks have become more interesting because now they have an illustrative tool that creates interaction with the customer and helps to understand each other leading to quicker sales process.
