Having moved through roles in Customer Success, Migration, Business Development, and Account Management, I’ve learned that the most successful growth comes from balancing a high-level market vision with the technical precision required to make it work. For me, the most rewarding part of this work is taking complex software and turning it into a tool that genuinely empowers a user and delivers results.

During a defining chapter in the E-commerce sector, I saw firsthand how rapidly digital retail is evolving and why there is such a high demand for personalized customer experiences. Today at VividWorks, I use that background to help our German-speaking customers and partners navigate the possibilities of 3D visualization and CPQ, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.

Originally from Finland, I moved to Austria at the age of fourteen, and the sixteen years I spent living in the heart of Europe shaped my deep appreciation for the technical standards and precision of the DACH market. I am fascinated by the way 3D configuration is now reshaping traditional industries like manufacturing, making even the most complex products feel intuitive and interactive for the person on the other side of the screen.

My downtime is a mix of active family life and focused discipline. You’ll often find me outdoors exploring nature with my two kids, resetting on a yoga mat, or with my viola in hand. When I am practicing scales to finally crack the code of a Bach suite, it’s that same blend of deep curiosity and dedication that drives me in everything I do.
